Our company policy has always focused on customer service. Our company has thrived by being
available at various race tracks, trade shows, or just visiting with our racers, and or Bicknell dealers.
During the race season, a Bicknell representative from our factory in St Catharines Ontario, will be
at various race tracks during the season, to assist you with race car handling and performance
In the unlikely event that a Bicknell product might be thought to be defective, it will have to be returned
to the factory, or inspected by a Bicknell representative. Due to the nature of auto racing, Bicknell
reserves the right to determine if a failure or defect might have been caused by the rigors of competition.
For any possible warranty issues, please consult our sales staff to determine the most effective means
to assess a failure. Bicknell Racing Products, requires the original invoice from the original purchaser to
be provided with the product or part.
