The final weekends of racing are upon us, but BRP customers at still scoring big at Tracks that are willing to brave the colder weather. If you were one of the fans that go in on the action at your local dirt track, you saw some great racing.
Accord speedway ran their “Run What Ya Brung” race as part of their second annual Halloween Havoc Event. The field was full of interesting looking machines and Mitchell’s fit the part with it’s over sized sail panel. Mitchell was fast out of the gate in hot laps and heats and it carried on right through the feature event. As the green flag fell over the full field of cars, it was Mitchell that was hammer down and dominated the performance from start to finish.
Accord’s final race of the year will be “The Gobbler” taking place on November 26th. All of us at Bicknell Racing Products hope once again to see a BRP car in victory lane. Good luck to all of our customers that will be competing.
5 Mile Point’s 2016 season is quickly winding down as well. Last weekend fans were treated to a great day of racing, with over 400 laps spanning 10 different divisions. The main feature of the evening was the $2000.00 to win American Racer Cup Sportsman 30. Bicknell Racing Products customer Craig Whitmoyer was unstoppable, taking the checkers and the payout.
The Sportsman also completed a dash for cash earlier in the night which Brandon Grosso took home the big check.
It has definitely been a couple of great weeks for Tom Collins Jr. After picking up the win last weekend at Delaware International Speedway, he found himself in victory lane again this Saturday at file mile point. Picking up the “W” in the Crate Sportsman 20 lap feature. Another BRP customer, Matt Stangle (this year’s Crate All Star Champion) finished 2nd.
Congratulations once again to all of our customers. Another great weekend in the books for our customers and for Bicknell Racing Products, bringing our win total up to 804 recorded wins for the season!
